About Facilities Management Team:
Our team centralises the organisation’s facilities management and renovation needs. • Drive continuous improvement for internal processes and optimize logistics costs
• Manage 3rd party logistics providers and assist with implementation of logistics processes, monitor their performances, and ensure maintenance of their service level commitments and costs
• Verify 3rd party logistics providers’ billing invoices
• Prepare product availability report and send out to stakeholders fortnightly
• Support in internal and external audits

Job Requirements

• Relevant studies in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Has knowledge in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight
• Has knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification
