• Sourcing for new seafarer and arranging for interview of senior officers with the respective department heads.

Job Description:

· Work closely with the Condo Manager in assisting all aspects of management including administrative and financial duties.

· Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner.

· Assist residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.

· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.

· Good administrative and Computer literacy.

· Mature and outgoing personality.

· At least 1 year experience in condominium/building management.

· Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.

• Perform accurate and timely daily accounting entries
• Monthly reconciliation
• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of IRAS tax returns including quarterly GST reports
• Administer and maintain records, registers and other relevant documents
• Operations and admin work expected
• Working consultatively with team members on ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Salary commensurate with experience

Accountablilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• To prepare invoices for reporting
• Preparing all Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA)accurately and within deadlines
• Prepare and arrange "Cash To Master (CTM)"with vendors
• Process monthly AP journals, postings and schedules
• Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Ms Excel and D35
• Numerical Skills and attention to details
• Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
