Responsibilities:

· Provide customer service support via phone and email

· Create air freight booking

· Coordinate between forwarders and customers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery

· Handle customer enquiries

· Prepare invoices, packing list, and DO

· Maintain proper filing system

· Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

· Min. 1 year of experience in warehouse operation (documentation)

· Team Player, positive and willing to learn attitude

** Fresh graduates are welcome – On the job training provided
