Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of projects to guarantee its timely and seamless completion
• Regular site meetings and inspections to inspect work timeline, requirements, and contract designs.
• Examine and offer recommendations about all claims made by contractors.
• Update user with a weekly progress report.

• Documentation pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract, contractor payment, DLP, and compilation of NSC O&M manuals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Office commercial project experience is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling site operations and planning daily work schedules.
• Control of supervisors and foremen on site and delegation of works in order to achieve maximum productivity.
• Resource planning of site’s materials, machinery, equipment, fleet and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients' representatives on-site work matters.
• Assist Engineers in checking shop drawings from the Design Department or from the clients to eliminate any problems on site for construction.
• Troubleshoot problems on site in order to ensure any delays are minimized and additional costs reduced.
• Checking of works done by Supervisors, Foremen and the labour force to ensure that they are correct and of good quality.
• Organize teams of Supervisors, Foremen and labour to perform different tasks at different locations.
• Overall in charge of the welfare, training and discipline of all the workers.
• Ensure that the quality of work is maintained at a high standard.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to educate and communicate with foreign labour on OSH, RA, SWP and other EMS issues.
