Responsibilities

• Take charge of on-site supervision and measurements
• Be responsible in ensuring smooth and efficiency in all jobs' operations

This role supports the team in selecting locations for data centers, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth progress. 4. Familiarity with Singapore's industrial areas and a strong understanding of the basic requirements and processes of industrial real estate leasing.
5. Strong coordination skills, logical thinking, teamwork, initiative, and accountability.
6. Fluency in both Chinese and English for work purposes (strong spoken communication, written skills can be slightly weaker).
7. Technical expertise is not mandatory, but knowledge of electrical or civil engineering is a plus.

Site Construction Manager with CSA and MEP work experience on Data Center Projects preferred.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and review master construction programme and preparation of catch-up programme if applicable
• Monitor and supervise Engineers/foreman, ensure compliance of the qualify procedure & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors
• Preparation of detailed programme for site team to follow accordingly and complete on time
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with technical team
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction
• Coordinate between Private Client / sub-contractors /inter-departments and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules
