• Manage and oversee operations across three sites with more than 150 employees.
• Provide strategic leadership for daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance, meet customer expectations, and achieve KPIs.
• Accountable for P&L performance and managing budgets.
• Define operational requirements and implement new strategies.
• Engage customers on operational and contract matters.
