• Field experience in managing medium to large-sized projects (iterative or agile).

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and external partners.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Schedule Management

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on project planning, team leadership, and risk management
• Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or APM are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
