Job Description:
Collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

· Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

· Optimizing backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

· Implementing security measures to protect sensitive user and application data.
Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and bugs in a timely manner.

· Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers to help them grow their skills and expertise.

· Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

· Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, Microelectronics or a related field.

· Proven experience as a backend development engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

· Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

· Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
