Responsibilities:

• Lead/Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion

Requirements:

• Min. 5 to 10 years' relevant experience as project architect

Qualifications and Requirements :

Mandatory:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties: Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis ,Science (Computer Studies)
• At least 12+ years of experience in Information Technology arena with demonstrated experience around strategic planning, enterprise architecture preferably in banking & financial services, risk management and software engineering.
• Experienced in leading technical design from inception to proof of concept
• Good knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.
• A strong understanding of latest programming languages including Python, Java, Rust and Go
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong fundamentals in complexity analysis
• Experience in platform and/or product definition, operating model and change management
• Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow & debug even
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps and tooling

Good to Have

The Role

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity, CISA, CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in technical engineering management, infrastructure architecture, or solution architect roles, preferably in a cloud-first environment.
• Proven experience in technology architecture leadership, designing and implementing solutions across infrastructure, application, and security.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and various technology/project management lifecycles.
• Experience in IT operations with cross-domain expertise is a plus.
• Knowledge of Compliance and Audit certifications (PCIDSS, Cyber Essential, ISO27001).
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (incident, change, problem management).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
