RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Produce reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Source for materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.
