As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. • Demonstrate capability to manage the Supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo) and/or the project consultants and FUI owners, including planning the roster shift duties based on the work schedules of the contractors and ensure the welfare of the personnel reporting to him are well taken care of. The shift roster shall comply with all relevant Acts and Regulations;
• Past project experience in leading supervision teams in projects of similar nature. He/she must demonstrate proven commitment to safety and health on site, possess excellent leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;

• Must have experience in data center deployments, building large-scale infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network routing and switching concepts and protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS
• Comfortable accomplishing basic tasks from Linux/Unix command line interface
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Experience with Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures including routers/switches and data center switching platforms is preferred (Good to have)
• Experience with field-based work in data centers

As a Senior Project Engineer, your main responsibility is to lead, supervise, execute and coordinate project activities together with a group of Engineers, Technicians and sub-contractors leading to successful project completion. You will monitor and control projects on schedule, within budgeted cost and quality and safety standards. You will also work closely with the consultant/owner to ensure the project is delivered according to requirements. As a senior, you are also required to perform system programming and troubleshooting during project implementation.

You should possess a Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics in any Engineering related courses, with 3-5 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with owner, main contractors, and subcontractors, must have experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation knowledge. Must be computer literate and knowledge of Risk Management.
