Senior Sales Support Specialist – South Korea + SEA

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams across South Korea and SEA. You will be instrumental in driving sales renewal rates by managing pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, enabling smooth lifecycle selling.

What you’ll experience with us

Sales Administration Support

• Relieve internal and external sales teams of pre- and post-sales administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate sales quote documentation, including pricing and configurations.
• Update customer contact information across CRM and sales pipeline systems.

Administrative Tasks

• Process sales orders, enter sales data, and review sales contracts.
• Prepare sales quotations, manage invoices, and track documents.
• Create sales renewal packages with historical pricing, subscription statuses, and discount data.

Data Management and Analysis
