We are seeking a Music Content Operations Research Analyst to support global operations functions for music publishers and collection societies. This is a 1-year contract. Candidates must have strong SQL experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day ongoing operations with company's music publishing and label partners
• Develop workflows for monitoring publishing data, music content and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
• Build visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends
  Communication with partners with regard to onboarding specifications and data delivery, including general documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of copyright and music licensing
• Knowledge of digital rights management products, especially for music

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics
• Technical operations capacity (ie. advanced querying, data fluency, read/write specs, troubleshoot data issues, scripting, etc.; proficient in both SQL and Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Fixed Income Credit/Rates sales desks across Asia (focused primarily on Japan) covering products including but not limited to Cash Bonds, US Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Futures and OTC derivatives products.
