What You Can Expect

• Designing highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Implementation and verification of circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs etc. to meet key performance targets
• Performing design verification using industry standard tools such as Spectre, MATLAB etc.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of experience.
• The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design with experience in high-speed transceivers.
• Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks including PLL, phase interpolator, low jitter clock distribution, Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, high-speed DACs and ADCs, Filters
• In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
• Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits (e.g., serializer, deserializer, counters, dividers, etc.)
• Familiarity with CDR architectures and implementations
• Design experience in advanced CMOS technologies, design with FinFet technology
• Hands-on experience with AMS IC development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision, bench evaluation, correlation, and characterization
• Experience in lab testing of high-speed transceivers

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales - Cold Call Contract Staff to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients from CRM database.

3. To attend to customer inquiries via telephone and walk-in customers at the counter
4. Submission of daily summary of inspection fee and office inspection
5. Compile monthly reports and statistics

We are looking for a Staff Analog Layout Engineer to contribute to the development of High-Speed Connectivity, Broadband Analog and Computing/Storage-Memory Data-Transport products (including functional blocks such as high-speed digital, multi-GHz ADC/DAC, PLL/DLL serial and parallel I/O, and clock generation/distribution for custom ICs). The candidate must have a proven record of laying out high-performance analog circuits in state-of-the-art CMOS process technologies, successfully performed top-level integrations, and placed products into volume production multiple times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3+ professional experience.
• Deep understanding of layout methodology from initial chip planning to tape-out.
• Deep understanding parasitic optimizing in layout
• Experiences in advanced process technology and Fin-FET is preferable.
• Have a high level of proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc. reports.
• Have a high-level proficiency/knowledge of Synopsys or CADENCE layout entry tools.
• Programming skills in any of the following are a plus: Skill or Ample or Perl, etc.
• Strong technical and analytical background, problem solving skills, etc.
• Fluent in English
