Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma in an IT-related field.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience working in a primary school environment.
• At least 5 years of experience as a trainer for ICT programmes.
• At least 5 years of experience in photography and videography, including editing.
  

Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reception Duties and Patient Management, including:

• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries.
• New patient registration, update of patient information, and verification of insurance coverage.

Administrative Support, including:

• Maintain and organize patient records, including medical history, personal information, and billing details.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of medical records and other administrative documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing qualification
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
• Valid BCLS + AED Certificate
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in the clinical setting
• Sports Orthopaedic experience will be an advantage

Job Scope:

- Assist the Radiologist/Cardiologist and other Specialists in Diagnostic Imaging procedure and invasive procedure in CVL. Also inserts brannula at radiologists instructions for contrast examinations.

- Prepare sterile trolleys and sets up equipments/ accessories for Diagnostic Imaging and CVL procedures.

- Perform Newborn Hearing Screening and ECG.

- Ensure that patients fill up the Consent Form for special examinations such as MRI, IVP, CT Scan and other invasive procedures etc

- Ensure that all special preparation for diagnostic imaging is instructed to ward staff/ patient or relatives and complied with.

- Explain the procedure of the special examination to patients and reassures patient whenever required.

- Help patients to get changed for radiography procedure.

- Ensure that all medication chart and documentation notes are filled in properly for the procedure

- Check Emergency Trolley for expiry dates of drugs and instruments.

- Conduct monthly departmental inventory check.

- Ensure that there is an adequate stocks of surgical and pharmaceutical products, dry store, kitchen store and C.S.S.D. store.

- Assist at the reception when necessary.

- Attend and contributes to departmental staff meetings.

- Participate in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal.

- Undertake other duties and tasks as might from time to time be requested by the Manager.

Job Description

The Staff Nurse plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents in the nursing home.
