Education
A tertiary qualification in project management or business is usually required.
If your first degree is unrelated, a Masters degree may be beneficial, especially if it's accredited by the Chartered Association for Project Management (APM).
Experience
At least two years of relevant experience is usually required.
Hands-on experience can be as valuable as formal qualifications.
Project management experience
A proven track record of successful project management, and at least five years of experience in project management
Adaptability
The ability to respond to change, learn new processes, and re-prioritize work
Data analysis
The ability to analyze data to increase productivity and improve your team's work
Stakeholder management
The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
Risk management
The ability to identify potential risks or challenges that the team can encounter while working on a project
