Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales/account management or digital marketing is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

- Proven experience with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic ads, is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of market trends. (Good to have)

- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within the digital marketing field.

- Must be proficient in spoken Chinese.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Drive Business Development Operations Attend Tender site show rounds, prepare sales quotations/proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients

• Review tender opportunities via various media platforms and portals

• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets

• Maximise and deliver gross margins

• Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation

• Manage client budget negotiations and supplier cost-savings efforts

• Provide leadership in developing and delivering competitive win strategies through RFPs and Bids

• Proactively identify trends in the Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management sectors, and possible opportunities or risks

• Drive Customer Service Operations Review customer needs to enhance service offerings and competitiveness

• Work with key account managers and company trainers to ensure that customer service levels meet or exceed the company’s standards and in accordance with contractual requirements

· Overall experience of 15+ years with recent experience in Project Management implementing large-scale projects managing the end-to-end technical delivery, including scope, cost, quality, and time management; stakeholder communications; risk, issue, and dependency management; and project reporting and governance.

· Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation to ensure effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.

· Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

· Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technical deliverables, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure project success.

· Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities.

· Provide regular updates on project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

· Working experience in any Credit Portfolio Management application / tool

· Certification in any SAS tool

· Good understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle

· Experience of working in a vendor environment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Good-to-have Skills

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Location: The Centrepoint (Orchard), requires traveling to site too
• Provides out-of-home imaging solutions and services to consumers in theme parks, attractions and special events.

Job scope:

• Maximizing imaging revenue and achieve revenue targets
• Implementing business development and sales strategies, and to maximize the potential of existing client networks
• Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
• Monitoring ongoing trends in marketing and the industry to support development of long-term account plans
• Talent planning of the team to support the long term development of the company
• Main point of contact with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, tertiary education is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of imaging/ Trip site / hospitality with at least 3 years at the manager level
• Knowledge in data analysis, experience user of PC and office software
• Prior experience in photography service industry is highly preferred
