About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

Planning & Delivery

• Support the senior client lead in managing a portfolio of media accounts with a team of Planners and Executives
• Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners
• Lead and oversee the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis across online and/or offline media channels and platforms
• Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching

Stakeholder Management

• Day-to-day client management to ensure alignment through all stages of the account and campaign lifecycle
• Act as the key point of contact for client services
• Work with media partners and traders to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns; lead negotiations with clients and partners for campaigns
• Manage client budgets and financial invoicing related to the assigned client portfolio
• Team Leadership
• Manage junior team members; Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
• Support the recruitment and training of junior team members; Monitor and appraise their work performance

Requirements for this role:

• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• Experience in media planning and buying, ideally in media agencies. At least 4-5 years for Manager-level, and at least 6-8 years for Senior Manager or Associate Director-levels
• Proficiency in integrated media planning covering FTA TV and Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, and Digital. Offline media planning skills will be priority for this role
• Proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
• Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
• Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
• First-hand team management experience will be appreciated at this level
