Job Description

• Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.

• At least 10 years of experience in developing Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, Java and Python from scratch

• At least 10 years of experience in application and database design and UI/UX design

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, data mapping and process mapping

• At least 8 years of experience in Production Support Management, Incident and Problem Management

• Knowledge in networking, firewall, data migration, password encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning and testing

• Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data

• Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English

Good to Have

• Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and technologies

• Experience in NoSQL database or Big Data

• Experience in Control-M, and JIRA

• Experience in SharePoint and Confluence

• Provide strategies and is accountable for meeting company business targets with Sales and Production departments.
• Expand business opportunities with various channels and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
• Provide specifications for control panels, generators and switchgears to vendors.
• Attend service calls for technical support.
• Flexible to travel locally or oversea on short notice when required.
• At least 5 years of relevant R&D or Engineering experience.
• Preparing detailed technical reports, manuals, and schematics for electrical systems and components.
• Offering technical support to customers post-sale, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical-related issues.
