• Knowledge of Civil and Structural Engineering and Design (LTA projects experience preferred)
• Knowledge of temporary and permanent works design in mega project size
• Competent in planning and organizing work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver on time

· Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations:

· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications:

· Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

· Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

· Preparing VO and other reports as required.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.

Responsibilites

• Assist the Project Manager in producing, analysing and accepting design and technical details
• Assist the Project Manager in developing, managing and overseeing a safety management system for projects across the organisation
• Provide Engineering support to project, production and yard staff as directed by Project Manager.
• Provide technical expertise during design activities and reviews.
• Produce technical documentation as required to support daily operations and tendering activities
• Coordinate stakeholder activities during construction phases of projects not limited to clients, suppliers and contractors
• Create and maintain a culture of continuing improvement in safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas
• Execute Project Plan assigned by Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Management System Support (IQA)
• Plan and develop the IQA checklist based on the objectives and scope assigned.
• Conduct IQA via desk-check and verification of artefacts from performed processes.
• Analyse evidence that is necessary and sufficient for the IQA and draw the resulting conclusions.
• Prepare IQA findings and observations. Communicate and present to the auditees and management.
• Responsible for any follow-up verification and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.
• Provide support on user queries of Quality Management systems and processes.

Requirements

• working experience in Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment that is CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 certified.
• Must be familiar with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles and ISO 9001 system.
• Must be familiar with software development life cycles and its related processes.
• Strong auditing and analytical skills with the ability to elicit root cause of process issue through asking the right questions.
• Ability to identify good practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Meticulous attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centered disposition with good listening skills and patience.
• Familiar with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Attend to all daily quality and process related issues.
• Execute process validation for new and existing products with tooling and quality personnel.
• Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement programme to improve productivity, reduce scrap.
• Perform internal quality system audit.
• Optimize automation parameters and meeting specific cycle time for existing and new products.
• To provide timely support to ensure efficiency of production machines & equipment's are met.
• To work with respective department on product quality issues.
• Initiate containment plan and implement effective long term plan on quality related issues.
• Execute engineering change notice from customer.
• Analyze quality data collected periodically and provide recommendation to management for improvement.
• Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers.
• Train and assess production staff on processes and product where applicable.
• Attend routine production and quality meetings.
• Perform additional tasks given by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA.
• Require to perform shift work (Morning & Afternoon shift).
