SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
• Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
• Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
• Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
• Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Possessed at least 2 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network and storage preventive.
• Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.
