Outside of NTC, this role liase with Nike Business and Technology functions at the Global and Geography levels. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Process Analyst who will represent NIKE Trading Company (NTC) in system and process operation work.

This role supports business and project initiatives to achieve objectives and milestones. Lead NTC Supply Chain projects and initiatives from idea through to implementation. Partner cross-functional teams to develop and manage NTC Supply Chain systems, processes, and internal controls requirements.

The candidate needs to be able to understand business requirements in the respective Supply Chain process segment and recommend process and service improvements. Act as and facilitate subject matter expert (SME) discussions with Global/Country process leaders and/or across business functions. 1. Customer Relationship Management

• Lead in plan, sourcing and initiate - raise purchase requests accordingly to day-to-day materials / spare parts requirements to ensure stock adequacies, required to ensure smooth Fab operations.
• Follow through the orders from the start of purchase till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time (include coordination of shipments etc. with forwarders when required etc.)
• Provide good supports on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills so to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.
• Self-starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision.
• Process strong sense of customer service mind-set and teamwork.
• Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Put-up good initiatives to move forward towards systematic inventory digitalization.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers.

Experience:

• Education: Diploma in engineering discipline. Preferably in procurement, supply chain logistic/ warehouse operation.
• At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experiences; with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.
• Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be an advantage.
