Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for handling project documentation and correspondence in support of one or more managers.

2. To regular communicate with workers

3. To take care of wellbeing of foreign workers

4. preparing payroll, controlling correspondence

5. Preparing invoice, quotation for clients

6. Preparing work schedule for worker

7. To visit work site if necessary

8. Receiving call and response to client as required

9. Every Saturday meets with all workers and made group meeting

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Prefarable Accounting)

2. Minimum 07 (Seven) years working experience

3. Expert in Computer trouble shooting, Adobe Photoshop, and expert in Exceel

4. Able to visit work place after office hour if needed

5. Good communication skill

Roles and Responsibilities:

The admin support assistant is to provide administrative & logistics support at the General Office, Centre of Excellence (COE) of the Mother Tongue Department as well as Head of Department (HOD) Room. The candidate is also to take charge of sick bay and printing duties.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English and Chinese
• At least 3 years’ experience in school office administration
• Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and translation tools
• Bilingual with good communication skills
• Good team player
• Able to multi-task
