• Regional role for APAC
• As a SME (Subject Matter Expert), you will be responsible for driving key regional initiatives including; Regional Technical Support, Training, New Product Introduction, Repair Centre Support, and Improvement projects spanning the spectrum from operational efficiencies to new product implementation, to regulatory initiatives.
• Attain sufficient knowledge in the assigned product line through L3 support teams and product management to be able to work independently in conducting APAC wide FSE’s/Partner’s Technical training and sales product training.
• Be the liaison or key contact between regional technical support staff and the L3 Product Support in Glory Japan and GGS Spain. Drive critical product quality related issues and escalations, triage, facilitate bi-directional communication and the issue resolution to the local team, customers, partners, distributors, and dealers in the region.
• Plan coordinate and monitor the execution of all technical matters from product launch and through to support during product life cycle.
• Collect, analyse and develop root cause for product issues and share with L3 and regional technical and field support team for timely resolution.
• Support and coordinate new product launch activities, Demo and exhibitions as needed.
• Develop technical material as needed for distribution to partners and entities with APAC Region. Implement and assist in any related responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
• Monitor call rate and quality for key product in region wide and investigate/escalation as needed.
• Regular meeting with partner, entity and L3 to exchange information and update on going issues.
• Required to travel. Travel frequency subject to location within APAC - estimated 30% in a month.

Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a technical support role handling complex technical issues
• Client facing and project management experience is strongly preferred

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. This will be achieved through supporting, maintaining and optimising ICT software and hardware, desktop and printing, and local and enterprise applications and associated operating systems as required.

Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, the IT Support Officer will provide 1st and 2nd level frontline support and services for the client business – also expanding to Navitas’ group ICT operations and will be proactively involved in the support of the client’s LAN, hardware, server and client operating systems and applications.

This position is an IT Support Officer within the Navitas Global IT Team based at Curtin Singapore. This position will primarily be based at the specified home campus, but may be required to work at any Navitas facility and will involve some evening and weekend work and on-call support.

Key Accountabilities:

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing frontline support, training, and ongoing troubleshooting assistance to all staff for bespoke client and group wide ICT systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking to employ suitably qualified and experienced Senior Academic Support staff to join dedicated teams of professionals in the Arts Faculty.

The appointee is to support the Senior School Music Department’s extensive Music curriculum, extra- curricular and performance schedule. The role will require excellent piano accompanying skills and strong ensemble and composition/arranging skills. The role will require accompanying ensembles and leading and developing performance opportunities for students within the Senior School. The role will require arranging and sequencing music for a wide range of ensembles and groups and promoting an inclusive musical environment where students are encouraged to take risks and enjoy performing for each other.

The appointee will also support Music staff in curriculum lessons for an average of 14 hours per week, ranging from ages 11-18 years old. The appointee will be responsible for organising and promoting the annual ‘Battle of the Bands’ with support from the Music Department and lead some agreed Music Co-Curriculum Activities. The Department currently organises around 20 musical events running throughout the School Year.

The appointee reports to Head of Faculty – Arts through Assistant Head of Faculty (Music) and Music Specialist.
