A Network Engineering and Operations (NEO) Optical Project Manager (PM)/Scrum Master is responsible for managing optical network deployments that form the interconnection platform. Optical Projects include the deployment of network hardware, services or process improvements that enhance our project delivery. Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
