The Job:

• Managing, organizing and conducting User Acceptance Test with internal and external test teams, including test scripting, test cases and test execution and reviews
• Organizing and co-ordinating project meetings and test planning workshops
• Preparing training materials, coordinating and/or conducting training to users
• Performing implementation and post-implementation support

Job Responsibilities:

1. Claims Processing System:

• Manage and process regional claims submitted by RRSA service partners.
• Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system within 60 days from Repair Open (RO) date.
• Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as return process for warranty spare parts from service partners. Handle and support billing and payment processes.

2. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related claims for service partners and assist to resolve any disputes or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Support, Warranty and Sales team to facilitate claim processing and resolution.

3. Documentation Standardization and Reporting:

• Ensure a well-organized system is in place to track the entire process of claims from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements for documentation and archival.

4. Continuous Improvement Process

• Introduce a feedback loop from stakeholders to gather insights and refine processes continually.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for further enhancements.

5. Expected Deliverables:

• Processing of warranty claims within stipulated time.
• Stakeholder management.
• Ensure regular billing and payment.
• Monthly report of claims status

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in warranty administration, customer service, or similar administrative capacities.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively managing interactions with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and diligent recordkeeping.
