Job Summary

The Customer and Revenue Finance Team is a global team that serves as finance business partners to the Customer & Revenue Organization. We are responsible for connecting financial reporting across regions and functions and supports the company's go-to-market and platform expansion.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, we're looking for a candidate with good communication skills and thrive in a matrix organization. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to build relationships with business and finance teams in the region and globally, delivering reporting, analysis and participate in projects that contribute our regional expansions.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Reporting

  • Provide insights to business performance through monthly reporting including analysis of financial and non-financial key metrics.

• Budget and Forecast

  • Support Annual Budget and recurring forecast process, including planning, consolidating, preparing presentations to stakeholders/management.

• Long Term Forecast

  • Review long term forecast for quarterly Corporate REIT Asset test, working closely with Regional/Global Finance teams and Corporate FP&A.

• Profit Before Tax (PBT)

  • Oversight of country level P&L to support quarterly tax expense projection.

• Others

  • Identify and implement financial planning and analysis improvement initiatives in coordination with global and regional teams.

  • Special projects that may arise for system implementation, Integration & M&A

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis or other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance preferred

• 2+ years’ experience preferably in FP&A

• Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)

• Hyperion, Excel Add-ins, Tableau experience is a plus

• Understanding of financial management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and valuation principles/metrics

• Strong communication skill with ability to work with team members across regions and functions to deliver results in a global matrix organization

• Analytical with attention for details to deliver quality and timely work

About the Role

- Support Head, Customer Service in driving digital transformation and self-help tools at service touch points in Singapore and OSS Contact Centre with - Compliance and Operational Risk in mind.

- Responsible for designing “as if” and “to be” in customer experience journey on transformation tools.

- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and spearhead in implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities to achieve Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision in Joyous CX.

- Drive e-portals utilization rate, focus on accuracy and quality of contents and increase customer satisfaction ratings.

- Develop and implement customer centric strategies and framework to deliver consistent high standard and quality service to our customers and business partners.

- Support investigation of complainants escalated to Customer Service section and communicate investigation findings/outcome to complainant/business partners within the required turnaround time.

- Attend to enquiries/feedback received at the various customer service touch points.

-Use of data to identify and recommend any process/operational enhancements or new service propositions to improve customer service and experience.

- Support Section Head in implementing and maintaining a centralized knowledge library as source for future omnichannel servicing portal.

The QC Analyst you will be responsible to conduct test and scheduling/ coordinating of testing with other departments to ensure timely delivery of results. This role is also required to perform peer review of laboratory data, support OOS and Deviation investigations.

Key responsibilities:

• To prioritize and perform the various testing/analysis in timely manner, in order to support the business requirements.  

• Analysis of final    product, in-process, raw material or environmental samples according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods.

• Documentation and review of results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

• General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, lab supplies ordering, management of glass wares, autoclaving etc.  

• Support sample logistics area including retention sample storage, external lab test, QC documents control, shipment of QC samples.

• Prepare, maintain standards and reagents required by GMP documents.

• Responsible to follow data integrity requirements.

• Actively contributes to operational efficiency/continuous improvement initiatives.

• Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting of equipment.

• Involved in equipment qualification, maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Support / Perform OOS, deviation investigations. Draft investigations reports.

• Be a trainer for test method.

• Involvement in method transfers and validation.

• Author Change Controls, Test Methods, SOPs.

• Lead Out -Of - Specifications (OOS) and deviation investigations.

• Any other duties as assigned by your manager. 

Key requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent.

• Relevant work experience preferably with Lab experience in a biotech or medically related field.

• Relevant experience and accomplishment to dictate final position for which the candidate may qualify.

• Good understanding of HPLC and Empower software.

• Understanding and execution of compendial monographs and the chemistry fundamentals behind methods. Technology/equipment may SDS-PAGE, UV, Infrared Spectroscopy, Nutrient analysis, Osmolality, HPLC, pH, Conductivity, Polarimetry, Refractometry, Density meter Titration (manual and automatic), as well as all compendial testing listed in the USP, JP and EP monographs.

• Provide support in HPLC equipment maintenance and qualification.

The QC Analyst will act as a team member of the Quality Control department who will participate in quality testing and provide on-time, high quality results to meet Manufacturing demands. The role applies job skills and company's policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. The role will encompass a good understanding and execution of intermediate and advanced microbiology techniques (bioburden, LAL, plating and counting techniques, microbial identification, EM tests i.e. air sampling, surface viable sampling, total particulate sampling etc.). Collecting environmental monitoring samples from different areas of the facilities, generation of required trending and reporting information. Assist in process and/ or environmental microbiology related investigations as required.

Key responsibilities:

About the Role

• Work on pricing of new and existing life insurance products and services with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of accuracy.
• Analyse, monitor and evaluate key financial metrics which support initiatives to achieve improvement for the customer, stakeholders and shareholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
