Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and report on the performance of international investments. Develop financial models to forecast returns and assess related risks.

• Analyze cashflow and build strong relationship with banks in ensuring optimal use of financial resources.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution. Professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) are strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on investment returns, treasury management, cash flow analysis, and regional accounting.

• High proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and perform effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
• Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
• Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
• Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
• Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
• Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
• Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
• Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in security system would be an advantage.
• Candidate without prior sales experience is welcome if he/she has security technology knowledge as FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED
• Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel to customer site whenever needed
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Key Job Purpose :

Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing holistic solution with Business applications (SAP, CRM and other related systems) to address business needs in the areas of Logistics, Sales, Service and Production. This will include knowledge in business and functional so as to facilitate the process of Business Requirement gathering and alignment workshops between Business stakeholders, Support consultant/System Implementer. And be able to finalize and communicate Proposed “To-Be” solution with all Stakeholders, whereby the “To-be” Solution should be practical, efficient and cost effective for implementation, execution by Business users and maintenance of solution in respective Business Application(s).

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement SAP PTP, PTD, PM/QM, EWM & OTC module which include the following knowledge and skill sets:

1. Knowledge in PTP, PTD, EWM & OTC module in the areas of

• Purchase order processing, Request For Quotation, purchase agreement, contract, Purchase Info Record, Purchase requisition, deriving Purchase order from Purchase requisition, Invoice posting, inventory management (such as transfer posting, Purchase and sales returns, Post goods receipts, Post goods issue, scrapping expiry stocks), inventory count, Material master management and its impact to other modules
• Back-to-back order processing, direct sales order processing, rental sales, intercompany sales processing, quotation, delivery and billing processes, price master management, sales tax management and its integration with other modules, such as PTP, PTD, EWM, OTC, & RTR.
• End-to-End process of Production Requirement Maintenance, Production order processing and completion.
• Integration with Financial module with PTP, PTD, PP, OTC and thorough understanding on user functions and reporting needs
• Customizing for Plants, Storage location, Purchasing group, Release strategy, vendor master records, inventory management, material master, logistics invoice verification, movement types, Sales/ Delivery order type, Billing document type, Sales taxation, output types, Condition types.
• User authorization for Plant, Storage location, Purchasing group, movement type, condition types
• General user administration such as create and maintain new user account for AP Business users
• Acquire techno-functional knowledge to manage technical issues with Business requirements with ABAP developer
• Integration knowledge between PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR
• Have knowledge in RTR-AP configuration of master data

2. Guide and train Key and End users in PTP and PTD business processes in the system.

3. Manage existing PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR related issues reported by Key and/or End users.

- Liaise with Key and End users as well as developer and SAP consultants appointed by Sysmex AP.

- Be able to advise Key and End users all standards in the Global and Sysmex AP SAP system templates and ensure that all solution put in place for SAP system follow such standards.

- Manage SAP system change requests, especially in PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.

- Work with SAP system support consultants to resolve and manage SAP system issues from PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.

- Manage other applications implemented within Sysmex AP, such as CRM, Travel request and claim, Purchase requisition system (Concur).

- Assist in the development of mid- to long-term plan and strategy to keep assigned Business Application up-to-date, usable and scalable.

- Lead the SAP internal and external teams to deliver system goals set by Management:

• Manage deliverables of the team to support system issue
• Manage the team to deliver Change request/enhancements in SAP system

Manage the team to implement SAP system for new company, new module/sub-module.

- Responsible to assist HR and Management in the career development of the internal SAP team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in implementing SAP system;
• At least 3 years as a team lead to manage resources in delivering SAP related implementation and support after system go live
• At least 5 complete life cycle of implementation in SAP system; MS Office - Word, Excel (include Pivot table), PowerPoint

The Role :

1. Provide support for internet security surveillance activities.

2. Responsibility for managing and escalating security incidents, ensuring a prompt and effective response.

3. Assist in the thorough preparation of incident reports, contributing to comprehensive documentation of security events.

4. Assist in detecting and resolving issues arising from security incidents, and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining system integrity.

5. Provide first-level troubleshooting for serviced devices, and address and resolve security-related issues.

6. Work closely with engineers team to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Your expertise and insights will play a crucial role in finding effective solutions.

7. Stay informed about the latest security advancements by consistently reviewing security updates and ensuring that systems are up to date with the most current protective measures..

1. Minimum requirement is a Diploma with a module in IT or Cyber Security.

2. Having a security Analyst certification like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), or Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) is advantageous but not mandatory.

3. Preferably, candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Management of IDS/IPS and firewall systems.
• Experience in Vulnerability Assessment, penetration testing, and risk assessment using various scanning and penetration testing tools.
• Knowledge of Unix, WIN2K, NT, and web server security practices such as OS tightening, SSO, and virus scanning.

4. General understanding of Information Security concepts.

5. Adequate understanding of Layer 1-7 Networking concepts is required.

6. Ability to follow predefined procedures, policies, and processes, and work under pressure.

7. Good communication skills (verbal, reading, and writing).

8. Working hours are from 9.00 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Friday.
