- Position :Inside Sales Executive (Customer Service/Quotation)
- Location : Outram
- Working hours : 5 days work week;(8.30am - 6.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 + AWS + Overtime + Performance Bonus + $60 Mobile reimbursement + Birthday leave + Health insurance

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
- Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
- Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
- Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
- Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
- Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
- Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
- Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in security system would be an advantage.
- Candidate without prior sales experience is welcome if he/she has security technology knowledge as FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED
- Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel to customer site whenever needed
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
