Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Environmental/Equivalent

· Singaporean/PR/EP/S-Pass

• Able to implement a security architecture blueprint (from devsecops, application, infrastructure, operational security, for applications to interact with). Define the process, provisioning, interfaces and provide recommendations.

• Supports the construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
