• Preparing and operating sound equipment.
• Setting up and breaking down audio equipment.
• Running audio equipment and checking that everything is properly connected.

Job Description

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
• Work closely with in house teams and engineers from different manufactures like Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc.
• Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution.
• Perform T&C and UAT for the above.
• Prepare system document/user guide and conduct end user training.

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
• Minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution
• Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches
• Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc
• Proficient in programming languages
• Proficient in control system design
• Advanced computer skills for the configuration, optimization and operations of AV equipment
• Able to read and interpret AV Schematic drawing

Responsibilities:

• General bookkeeping and accounting data entry
• Handle partial set of accounts including account receivables, payable and general ledger
• Responsible for preparation and processing of bank payments and employee reimbursement
• Issuing invoice, DO, and update banking file in Excel format
• Maintain good documentation and filing system
• Assist in monthly and yearend financial reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in MYOB will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office
• Details oriented
• High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
