Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours (Occasionally require standby after office hours)

Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective maintenance works for Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers and Integrated Security Systems.
• Ensure that deployed system functionalities are in working condition.
• Provide onsite support for integrated security systems
• Perform routine maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
• Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
• Monitor spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system.
• Monitor the end-of-life or end-of-service for equipment installed.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
• Support contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list).
• Assist A&A work / Variation Order work for sites during maintenance cycle

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years working experience in maintenance for security systems and servers
• Min. NITEC in Building Maintenance / Engineering fields
• Proficient in troubleshooting for CCTV, Door Access and Alarm systems
• Have performed 24/7 standby work before
