Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process purchase orders and shipment requests.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure they comply with regulations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Proactively identify and address logistics issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the transportation and handling of goods.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in logistics regulations.
• Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics, such as order fulfillment, inventory levels, and shipping costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Logistic Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
