Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing channels such as F&B job boards, culinary schools, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements specific to the F&B industry.

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talents
• Possess resourceful connections through various channels, including online and offline recruitment platform, employment agency, employee referrals scheme to attract a diverse pool of talents
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job descriptions and job postings as per job position requirements
• Work closely with hiring managers on their recruitment needs
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and necessary conversation on employment terms.
• Develop talent mapping pool for all placements
• Maintain proper HR filing and documentation of paperwork
• Assist on new hire training and development programme, monthly review and tracking

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related to Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years year(s) of working experience in Payroll, Recruitment and Human Resource Admin experiences
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

• Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll processes, including MOM regulations
