• Manage the company's insurance portfolio and support the development of effective risk management strategies and programs for the company.
• Identify potential risks and implement risk management solutions.
• Work internal and external counterparts (such as insurance brokers and law firms), to secure the best insurance coverage and reduce financial risks for the company.
• Assist in risk assessments, handle claims, and prepare risk management reports for senior management.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through regular evaluations and training, integrating risk management into everyday operations.
• Ensure the insurance framework meets the needs of the organization’s growth and complies with regulatory requirements in Singapore and internationally.
• Use analytical and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and support comprehensive risk mitigation efforts.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of risk management & compliance working experience, preferably with insurance experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in trade operations and contract management.
• Knowledge of reviewing Letter of Credit and shipping procedures is preferred
