Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
- Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities
- Review materials forecast and execute supply plan
- Analyze Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimize the variance.
- Analyze the variance of demand and supply
- Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
- In-charge of inventory control and analysis
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of customer service/ supply chain/ inventory distribution management experience
