Job Description:

• Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals
• Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
• Responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit and so forth
• Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools
• Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth
• Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
• Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields
• 4-8 years of experience, preferably in consumer/digital/SME lending, or similar retail financial products.
• A builder mindset with strong experience in customer management, ideally with consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) is a strong advantage to collaborate across the region

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Collaborates and co-operates with the physicians and other health-care personnel for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department Reporting Officer.

Safety and Workplace Specialist

Location: Seletar Aerospace

Contract: 1 year to perm

Job Responsibilities:

Workplace Management

• Support for Facility Environment (security, cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, landscape, energy, water), building equipment and mechanical/electrical system maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors in day-to-day building maintenance and ensure it is operationally functional.
• Work in accordance with Airbus policies to meet company Security, Safety, and Sustainability compliance at the site, including control management of badge access and CCTV surveillance.
• Support regular reporting on primary activities and performance.
• Support other workplace or facilities activities as required.

Workplace Safety and Health Management (WSH)

• Support safety topics, promote safety culture, and keep abreast of the local WSH and SCDF codes of practice, legislation, and trends.
• Support WSH activities.
• Support internal and external audits, including regulatory visits by local authorities.
• Support mandatory Fire Evacuation Drills under SCDF Fire Code and Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering, or management field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience, preferably in Facility Management.
• Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences.
• Timely problem-solving, negotiating, and priority setting.
• High level of commitment to work ethics and compliance aspects.
• Assertive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders diplomatically.
• A strong team player.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
