• Prepare employees’ adhoc and/or annual statutory lodgements as required by IRAS
• Manage payroll software updates including liaison with payroll software vendors on behalf of the team.
• General administrative support to the team including liaison with vendors on purchases and courier arrangements

• Must be organized, able to multi-task, commit to tight deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Possess analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage strictly confidential information
• Hands on experience with other payroll softwares, preferably Timesoft will be an advantage
• Must possess a relatively good command of English
• Must be conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings.
• Develop and implement brand/ product strategy to improve brand awareness.
• Develop and strengthen the relationship with assigned Dealers/Trade Partners.
• Accomplish allocated sales objectives, manage, execute, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners.
• Build and maintain good relationship with distributors and channel partners both local and overseas.
• Take charge and manage a group of Sales Promoters and Executives.
• Achieve the company's monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management or any related discipline
• At least 2 - 3 years’ regional sales (B2B & B2C) experience preferably from home/ household appliances industry
• Willing to travel whenever necessary
