Job Description:

• Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.

• Liaising and attending to clients.

• Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation.

• Liaise with auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts;

• Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines;

• Ensure accounting deadlines are met

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word preferred.
• Able to work in fast pace working environment.
• Possess with positive working and learning attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently, multi-task and be organised.

Job Scope:

• Perform general accounting functions (eg. Revenue accounting, payable processing, billings and preparation of monthly management reports, etc
• Facilitate the annual financial audit field work
• Assist in generation of additional reports for annual Strategic Business Planning, Budgeting Exercise and Half-Year Review, annual tax queries
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, management reports and quarterly GST return
• Coordinate with various centre and departments

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ or degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Value added; has the knowledge for AIMS/SMART System

Job Description & Requirements

1. Assist the accounts, purchaser, sales support in data entry

2. Assist in filing daily records, generating invoices

3. Assist in stock take, printing labels for production etc

4. Assist in answering telephone call queries

5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

6. Assist in admin jobs as and when management assigns along the way.

• Support corporate tax compliance activities, including analyzing GL transactions, expense reports, FA register, and addressing tax inquiries.
• Review and submit GST and WHT tax filings prepared by the Finance teams.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax provisions.
• Undertake any additional tasks as delegated.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tax role with a strong accounting background.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Proficiency in working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with finance colleagues.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.
• Familiarity with SAP.
