Job Description:

1. Assist service manager in updating daily relevant paperworks / documents, such as daily report & ticket summary excel in a timely manner;
2. Support system engineers (Server maintenance team) to complete certain on-site errands, such as servers up/downracking, spare parts handling & information recording as well as assist in completing service repair forms when repair jobs are done.
3. Complete any necessary admin tasks, such as goods acception, documentation, and printing；
4. Required to work at warehouse for most of the time, assisting in spare parts sorting, spare parts information recording (Date of inbound & outbound) and performing weekly spare part return (Spare part such as: Motherboard, CPU & Memory etc);
5. Support activities on site (at data center)， when there is any requests & demands for business, such as batch replacement project etc..

Job Requirement:

1. Fluent in English or Mandarin-speaking;
2. Willing to learn IT equipment and able to understand the basic hardware name and part number; Diploma in Computer Engineering is preferred;
3. Familiar with IT industry or data center environment is preferable;

Job Description:

1. Support local warehouse inbound operations (receiving photos, storing relevant documents and updating inventory list)
2. Support local warehouse outbound operations (preparing delivery note, storing the relevant documents, tracking the time received by end user as per SLA requirements, delivery arrangement, updating inventory list)
3. Support local warehouse return operations (following up the pick & pack according on the requested return list, storing the relevant packing photos, updating the pack list with dimension and weight, arranging the courier service for international delivery)
4. Assist on operating various type of WMS system

• Manage account reconciliations, bookkeeping activities, tally of sales reconciliation and variance analysis
• Responsible for the day to day operation in accounting.
• Data entries and accounts payable functions: includes review, verify and accurately process invoices that are supported by approved purchase orders, direct invoices, employees claim and any other expenditure
• Ensure all the required documents are ready for payment submission
• Prepare and ensure correctness of all reports such AP & AR aging report.
• Prepare yearly audit schedules and liaise with external auditor
• Input monthly journal entries into Accounting System
• Assist with annual audits and internal control reviews;
• Prepare requisition forms for bank, supplier and etc
• Assist for monthly and quarterly financial close activities;
• Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
