Job Responsibilities：
·Provides advice and guidance to other employees
·Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization
·Gain technical expertise and practical experience in managing mission-critical platforms from technical experts within and outside the team.
·Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and efficient operations.
·Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
·Collaborate with software engineers to ensure proper integration of models within relevant platforms.
·Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance
·Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
·Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
·Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
·Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
·Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports.
Key Requirements：
·Management-related qualification or general business Master Degree preferred
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, software industry with a proven delivery track record (preferable in financial services or risk).
·Strong team management and leadership abilities. Demonstrated experience in leading teams to work efficiently and achieve goals.
·Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
·Understanding market trends and characteristics and providing strategic advice for the company's expansion.
·Excellent analytics, methodological skills
