Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight’s import/export shipments.
Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations.
Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations.
Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice.
Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations
Job Requirements
Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
With permit declaration certificate through Tradenet is preferable.
Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc
1.Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2.Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
3.Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.
4.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
6.Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
7.Prepare paperwork, such as quotations, sales orders/purchase orders, and reports.
8.Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales.
