1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer

issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non-

technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

 Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR

handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

o Security event monitoring

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Java Application Support and AMS Specialist. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in application maintenance and support (AMS), vendor management, and a strong understanding of Java coding. This role focuses on working with outsourced AMS models in dynamic business environments outside of tech firms.

Key Responsibilities

Application Maintenance and Support (AMS):

• Support the Application Support Manager in overseeing AMS operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to onboard vendors and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Review vendor deliverables such as change requests, incident reports, and resource utilization summaries.
• Manage incident, release, and change management processes.
• Prepare monthly service reports and assess vendor performance.

Vendor Management:

Project Management:

Overview

The Marine Parade Community Space Ltd (MPCSL) is a charity and Institute of a Public Character established to look after vulnerable residents in Marine Parade. Its main role is to run the upcoming Marine Parade Community Care Hub, a social service Hub that will be operation in late 2025.

The Head, Caregiver Support Network (CSN) will oversee the running and development of the CSN programme which was launched in 2022 to look after caregivers in the community. The CSN programme is a programme of MPCSL.

Expectations

The Head role is a dynamic one, and candidates are expected to take ownership of the role and CSN’s development. The candidate must take an interest in maintaining existing relationships with community partners, understand the community’s culture, and build/ grow new relationships.

The role is also hands-on, and requires the candidate to be adept at both strategic thinking and handling the day to day operations of the programme.

Qualifications

Candidate must have minimally a bachelor’s degree and have experience leading small teams. Candidate must have good written English capabilities. Experience in the social service sector is a bonus.

• Oversee the strategic development of CSN, and ensuring it meets its intended targets

Caregiver Clubhouse/ Resource Centre:

Oversee and manage the development of the upcoming Clubhouse/ resource centre

CSN Admin:

• Ensure sustained funding for the CSN programme
• Be responsible for the use of funds ringfenced for CSN
• Engaging donors and preparing the necessary reports/ updates for donors/ grant bodies
• Application of new grants to fund CSN
