We are looking for an individual to join us as a Junior Tech Recruiter (2 year contract).

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle across multiple functions and locations in Singapore - from sourcing, initial candidate assessment to interview to offer management
• Candidate Management to ensure a meaningful and positive experience for applicants, ensuring the Employer Value Proposition and Branding is effectively communicated
• Build strong relationships with business units and with other functions in GovTech.
• Dynamic and highly knowledgeable of the latest trends and technological innovations in recruiting techniques
• Contribute ideas and participate in enterprise improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvements in the candidate journey
• Involve in HR Ops, such as background and reference check, preparation of employment contracts and onboarding process
• Maintain and update recruitment records for HR Dashboard

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 1 year of technology recruitment experience, with a proven record of successful placement, preferably in the high-tech industry
• Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to work closely with passive candidates
• Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times eg. high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and process-minded
• Fast learner to navigate the internal processes in a highly governed and controlled environment
• Extensive past use of HRIS (Workday preferable) and applicant tracking systems (Workable preferable)
• Knowledge in Tableau is an added advantage.

About This Role:

This role will be part of a dynamic team to drive acquisition and business development for the bank’s commercial cards program. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across departments to support acquisition and ongoing management of commercial cards for SMEs and Midcap clients. The role will provide end-to-end support for acquisition efforts, marketing campaigns, post-sales support, and ongoing account servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Support acquisition and marketing campaigns for the bank’s commercial cards to deliver to acquisition goals
• Follow up on inbound customer leads generated from various touchpoints/channels e.g. branches, campaigns and contact centre
• Assist customers in signing up for the bank’s commercial debit and credit cards, and related commercial solutions
• Follow up on application enquiries and submission
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including contact centre, business support, legal and compliance to ensure a smooth card application process
• Maintain client satisfaction within a predefined standard turnaround time
• Serve as an internal reference for commercial cards product features, operational and technology aspects and SME and/or Midcap clients
• Demonstrate ability to look beyond issues by identifying root causes, identifying solutions and championing the initiative to improve / fix issues
• Act as a client advocate and having an end-to-end ownership to client issues
• Handle any other general administration duties and assist in ad-hoc projects as required

About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly independent Desktop Support Engineer to manage our IT support and operations for our Singapore office (approx. of around 15 users). You will be directly reporting to our IT Support & Helpdesk Manager, based in London. The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to research issues and bring resolution to complex problems. 

The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering.  This is a 5-day in office role.

The role will provide many learning opportunities such as Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online, MS Teams Administration, Endpoint Management (InTune), Azure and Active Directory Identity Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Support Role:

o   Provide desktop support to the end users (trade floor and operations). This includes: installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of hardware (e.g. printers/scanners) equipment.

o   Provide in office and remote support to our Singapore users.

o   Setup all video and audio conference calls in our Singapore office.

o   Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software updates on the trade floor

o   Perform PC workstation moves, add, changes. 

o   Responsible for maintaining the ticket queue (utilising Asana) and assign them to appropriate group as needed.

o   Respond to malware virus alert and take appropriate step to block, isolate, and mitigate risk exposure.

o   Involve with after hours on-call support rotation and Friday patching of PCs.

o   Providing onsite support, build relationships with Executives, Portfolio Managers and Infrastructure staff assisting them with questions, incidents and service requests.

• Essential technical skills & experience:

o   Trade applications: Bloomberg and X_Trader

o   Microsoft O365 (Windows 10/11 support), Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome

o   Active Directory

o   Mobile telephony support (Microsoft Intune MDM, Cisco IP phones and IP communicator software)

o   Remote desktop (Cato VPN)

o   Proprietary developed applications.

• Project Role:

o   Create package for automated deployment - globally deploy changes and remove software.

o   Create, deploy and troubleshoot Windows 10 images via MDT/WDS

o   Analyse and revamp current group policies.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking/financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently, and sufficiently qualified to handle situations locally outside of UK/US hours.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment.

• 1. Learn and master the company's core technology and product, provide technical support for customers and distributors, including technical explanations, training, (answering questions, solving problems), etc. according to the technical process and specifications of the company
  2. Provide on-site technical support for customers specifically in Imaging, Flow Cytomtery and Clinical application in the responsible area to ensure the success rate of the Demo;
  3. Summarize product and application experience, and cooperate with the local sales team to carry out targeted technical presentations to key account, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of Miltenyi products in the customer base.
  4. Update training materials in a timely manner, and provide complete training tools for internal sales and distributors;
  5. Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide customers with continuous, satisfactory and timely technical support;
  6. Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
• Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.
• Installation of Apple IPad software’s.
• Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and MAC – move, add and change.

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma.
