Job Title: Level 1 Support Technician

Purpose of the Role

The Level 1 Support Team provides critical front-line support across all aspects of infrastructure. Working as part of a global team, they are responsible for:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and take charge of business aspects in ongoing projects.

Job Scope:

• Monitor and analyse the current state of various product runtime environments (production and non-production) to ensure optimum system performance. You will be part of the team to provide casework and counselling services for families, with the goal for families to achieve healthy family functioning, and to deliver divorce support programmes and services to families who are affected by divorce, with the goal for families and their children to achieve stability and self-reliance.
