Job Title: Admin Assistant - Technical (ID5048)
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.15am to 5.45pm
Salary: $1800 to $2200

Job Description:
• To oversee & ensure general office admin (including data entry) in the department.
• To record & report attendance & leaves application and medical appolntment for Technical department's staff.
• To assist Technical Manager to prepare courier services, claims and schedule meeting/s.
• To assist Technical in purchasing of equipment and ordering of lab reagents.
• To assist Technical in preparing daily QC reports, COAs, SDS, Specifications, Calibrations and others.
• To assist Technical in managing ISO IMS documents.
• Other general activities of a Technical nature.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Technical.
• To support and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and initiatives

Requirement:
• Must have experience as Admin Assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work in fast paced environment

• Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new releases, and technical advancements to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical support or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of networking, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies.
