Job Description Summary
We are seeking for a highly motivated, data-driven individual to become an integral member of the Workplace Research & Innovation team as a Consulting Analyst for our Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with senior team members to help collect and analyze data focused on workplace experience and design.

About the Role:
- Partner with workplace consultants across the Asia-Pacific region to execute client workplace survey projects including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and report generation.
- Support interpretation of other types of quantitative and qualitative data and provide written summaries/reports of data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of pitches and thought leadership reports, contributing charts, tables, research, or other information.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 1+ years of experience with primary consumer or employee research. Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.); data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Python, R, SPSS, PowerBI, and Tableau a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication. Team-oriented mindset. Great at working within team environments and getting stuff done together.
- Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent project management; a problem-solver with a results orientation.
