Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

• Provide coordination as the single central point of contact for end-user technical support and troubleshooting for AI tools and solutions.
• Work with GTS and/or global tech support to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to AI technologies, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and identifying posting for bank receipts and deductions.
• Bank reconciliations to ensure outstanding items are cleared on a timely basis.
• Submission of ad-hoc cashflow requirement to central agency.
• Assisting with month-end closing activities such as preparation of monthly revenue recognition journals.
• Managing General Ledger to ensure transactions are properly recorded to align to reporting needs.
• Preparing schedules for month end and year end closing.
• Preparing GST submissions to ensure that GST submissions are submitted in compliance with GST Act.
• Preparing of returns to ensure that submissions submitted are in compliance.
• Provide administrative support on the preparation of files for security access reviews, extraction of documents for auditors, follow up with divisions on their rectification of stock take findings etc, and any other duties as and when assigned.

• Degree in any field.
• Experience in finance-related will be advantageous.
