Responsibilities:
· Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery and contribute to architecture and functional specification, delivery plan, technical design, cost estimation, and resource plan.
· Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation and system integration
· Communicate complex technical solution to other teams and business users in layman’s terms.
· Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support.
· Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
· Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule.
· Provide status update related to technical delivery and escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
· Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.
· Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
· Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result.
· Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule.
· Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.
Key requirements:
· At least 10 years of experience is preferred with extensive experience working as a Technical Delivery Manager.
· Prior experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring / Spring boot framework.
· Experience of technical impact analysis, code reviews, reuse/retrofit analysis
· Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data.
