Requirements:

This role is responsible for designing portions of engineering solutions, developing and implementing parameters and test plans, and conducting feasibility studies. The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, build, and test mechanical components. The role participates in project teams with internal and outsourced partners to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions. The role manages relationships with partners and suppliers, oversees design engineering change processes, and drives value engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs portions of engineering solutions for mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.
• Develops and implements parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, developing fan curves, system power measurements & acoustics.
• Conducts feasibility studies, design margin and validation analyses and empirical testing on new and modified designs.

• Performs root cause analysis of defects, propose, evaluate and implement solutions.
• Works in a collaborative environment to design, analyze, build and test mechanical components, devices, structures and assemblies, including mechanical ground support equipment.
• Participates as a member of project team of other mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderate to complex products.

Education & Experience Recommended

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support for security systems and tools, conducting security assessments, performing system upgrades, and collaborating with clients to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support for security systems and tools, including firewalls and other security technologies, in accordance with maintenance contract requirements.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure security systems are up-to-date and running efficiently.
• Respond to security incidents, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with clients to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to integrate security requirements into new projects and systems.
• Provide internal training and support to the team to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network security, preferably in a maintenance support role.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking and operating systems, with some experience in scripting languages and security tools.
• CCNA technical certification is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with firewall and VPN technologies, including Cisco ASA Firewall and VPN, Cisco ACS/ISE, Cisco ESA/SMA, Cisco WSA, Palo Alto firewalls, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
